VISA INFORMATION
US citizens need a visa to enter Brazil. Applications can be submitted online through the e-visa portal and no consulate visit is required.

We encourage other passport holders to check the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' list to confirm visa requirements.

TRANSPORTATION
Rhino

A premium option for getting around the city, with armored cars and professional drivers. Rides can be requested or scheduled through the app.
Uber

Uber works very well in São Paulo. Our tip is to always choose Uber Black, which offers higher-category cars.
Private Transfer

For those who prefer to have a transfer arranged in advance, we recommend Peritur:

WALKING AROUND SÃO PAULO
As in any major city, a few simple precautions help you enjoy São Paulo with greater peace of mind.
Phone and personal belongings
When walking around, avoid keeping your phone in plain sight and stay mindful of your belongings.
Jewelry
When out exploring the city, opt for more understated pieces and save your special ones for the wedding events.
At night

For evening travel, we recommend using a car service (Uber or Rhino) instead of walking.
